We only use 1° choice plastics
To guarantee you articles of high quality and safety.
Plastic materials we use are of first-certified choice, in accordance with the strictest regulations applicable worldwide. In broad outline, our products are:
- In general terms our products are:
- Suitable for food contact according to current EU and international regulations.
- Latex-free and CFC-free
- In compliance with EU and international directives on restrictions on the presence of heavy metals and phthalates.
- Biologically inert and non-cytotoxic
First choice plastic is a material guaranteed by the manufacturer, with certifications and certificates of analysis that vary according to the type of material. Second choice plastic is equivalent to regenerated material and does not have certificates or warranties from the manufacturer.
Conventional plastics
We offer a vast range on conventional materials depending on the printing process or the chosen product. All our materials are of first choice certified and Food grade.

PP: Polypropylene
The piece the resistance of the plastic industry. Low density, rigid enough, withstands a heat distortion temperature of up to 95°C, making it suitable for hot filling applications. Excellent chemical resistance and electrical properties.
SAN: Resin Styrene – Acrylonitrile
SAN copolymer generally contains from 70 to 80% of styrene and from 20 to 30% of acrylonitrile. This combination provides more strength, rigidity and chemical resistance than polystyrene, but it is not as clear as crystalline polyester and its appearance tends to yellow more quickly.
LDPE: low-density Polyethylene
Commonly used for reducing caps in packaging, it can be mixed with HDPE as well to adjust the overall density.
HDPE: high-density Polyethylene
Its relatively high density gives HDPE an elevated rigidity, good resistance to temperature and excellent water vapour barrier properties.
PET: Polyethylene Terephthalate
PET plastic has a clear appearance and is available in a vast range of colours. Even if lightweight, PET is resistant and has a good defence against gases and liquids. It is also very resistant to diluted acids, oils and alcohols.

Eco-friendly Solutions
Try our eco-friendly materials: they have the same technical characteristics as virgin materials. We ensure an excellent degree of transparency thanks to the reduced number of impurities.
REPLASTIC
100% recycled and 100% recyclable, PP – Polypropylene, PEHD – high-density Polyethylene and PET – Polyethylene terephthalate, the eco-friendly alternative to use in the development of your eco-sustainable brands. Thanks to the excellent degree of transparency and the reduced number of impurities, our recycled materials can meet a wide range of needs in every industry.
Using REPLASTIC means choosing a high quality material that has the same technical characteristics as virgin materials.
100% recycled: it does not favour petroleum extraction because it uses plastics already existing and recycled from post-consumer (PCR) or post-industrial (PIR) collection. 100% recyclable: suitable for common plastic collection.

Bio-Based Pack
Renewable-generated plastics derive from sugar cane, not petroleum, so your pack helps to reduce CO2 in the atmosphere because it is absorbed during the vital cycle of the plant. Bio-based is available in PELD – low-density polyethylene, PEHD – high-density Polyethylene, PP – Polypropylene, PET – Polyethylene terephthalate and it is 100% recyclable after use.
Bio-plastics performance has already been tested on several of our articles on catalogue and they are ready for use.
As a company, we promote bio-plastics use by supporting the necessary certification of our costumer’s bio-based production.
