About us
We are a family-run Made in Italy company in business since 1965, now in its third generation. Our story begins with an acronym: MAV – Metallizzazione ad alto vuoto. It is 1965 when Giorgio Tozzi decides to open a small factory dealing with both metallisation and plastic moulding.
Twenty years later, we expanded the company’s core business by developing highly customised printing and design services, and implemented our product catalogue with exclusive lines.
Since 1984 we have always been based in Zola Predosa, in the province of Bologna, Italy.
What we do
We design and realise plastic packaging: jars, bottles, lids and shives for body-care, food and parapharmaceutical industry.
We follow the entire packaging production phases: personalised design and /or selection of the jar (both new and existing shapes) consultation, production of the piece in the machine and final printing.
We produce with low environmental impact technologies using sophisticated injection, blow moulding and stretching techniques, while decoration is carried out using hot-foil and silk screen or tampo pad printing.
